Jason and Stephen - shipping alternative!

          Jason and Stephen,

I promised you guys a shipping alternative/solution so here it is:

PO Box.ph is a courier company here in Manila that was recommended to me by my Home Theater friends. They are affiliated with Forex courier which is a multinational company.

Jason - all you have to do is ship what Stephen will buy/trade with you to the PO Box warehouse located in Los Angeles. Thats all!

Stephen - once the box arrives in the PO Box warehouse in LA, they will inform you either by email or phone call. I did ask PO Box for a hypothetical quote and this is what they gave:

If for example a box measures - 55" x 25" x 15", they will charge you $140. Smaller box than that will definitely be cheaper.
You can elect to have it shipped anytime and their method will be via cargo ship, so 4-5 weeks waiting time.
Included in that price is a door-to-door delivery and your package is insured for $200. If you want more insurance, it'll cost you $5 for every $100 coverage.
PO Box here in Manila will be charging you the $140 and you can pay them via bank transfer, credit card and even paypal so its very convenient.

To get a more accurate quote, you have to get the exact box dimensions from Jason when he has packed your boat. From there, we could get a proper quote from PO Box.
You can even have PO Box warehouse in LA to consolidate all the stuff you plan to buy in the USA. Just have your items shipped to LA and they will do that for you. You can even tell them a preferred date to ship your item(s).

Stephen - for more info feel free to call France Feliciano of PO Box at: 4407548

Hope that offers another alternative to your shipping dilemma.

The drivers would be added separately to make the canopy easier to pull - this also gives the option to those who dont want to add drivers or those who have drivers of their own.
As for the hot chicks - I will leave that as an option to every owner. But please dont raise your hand again and insist that you wanted to wear a bikini and use you as a model!

Nice Mac.One of the other buddies is interested in a 40" or bigger hull.We are starting to get a few more guys interested in boats up here.

The Shocker is gonna need some TLC,I still haven't given it a good look over.It still ran after though. And the new grease worked great. There was still some on the shaft after the run.Lucas marine grease(blue).

Nice to know that people there are getting interested with our great hobby. I believe that blue grease is lithium based?

Years ago when we had a club thing going on,I basically put it together.I know Nicads Anonymous went on for a bit,but not too long after I left.I think with a couple of us working together and posting some vids on the local forum we might generate some more interest.

The grease is lithium based with "special adhesion properties".The other grease would be gone when done for the day and cleaning the flexes.

Would he have plans of making the launcher go up and down? Maybe use a model rocket so it could fire?
