I ordered the OSE MG flex cable here and without a doubt this one is of better quality than the stock and the shaft is shorter, so it fits better in the bushing. I can actually feel some binding with the stock one installed all the way in, had to leave more than 3mm space between the prop and the bushing housing.
My question is that most flex cable where it joints the shaft you can see solder. OSE's is completely clean, can't see any trace of solder. Is there a different method involved here? I remember reading somewhere sometimes they use extreme duty tread locker to secure these things, if so, which method is better?
