Looks like Proboat has come up with a new and upgraded version of the Miss Geico, the Mystic 29 Catamaran BL PNP. The Mystic Brushless Catamaran is powered by a water-cooled brushless 1800Kv electric motor and 60-amp (4S Li-Po compatible) speed control system and a 1.6 in x 2.5 in Stainless Steel prop. (The MG comes with A3630-1500Kv and a 45-amp ESC and plastic prop)
L 30 in (762mm) W 11 in (279mm) Needed to Complete :Radio and receiver, and Batteries: 2-7.2V NiMH sub-C or 7.4 LiPo+20C
They are asking for pre-orders at $319.99 (PRB4075 by Pro Boat) Their theoretical date for stock is Mid July 2011. Be interesting to see if they have the same lead time issues with this newer version of the MG.
I like the white color and it at least won't be hard to color match. That is a good thing!
If you liked the Miss Geico, you should really like this version. It does not come with the radio or receiver, but has a 1800Kv motor, a 60amp ESC, off-set rudder and 1.6 in x 2.5 in (Stainless Steel) prop.
