Need advice picking the shaft and rudder assembly.

I got a Miss geico 29 and need the shaft assembly and rudder assembly. I do not want to go offset but would like them to be adjustable. Some sites have the shaft assembly with slide holes for adjusting. They do not list by model just by specs anyone know acceptable specs for the rudder and shaft. I can post examples if needed. I have read a lot of posts and tons of great information. I am looking for a stock set up with the ability to adjust. Plan on blue printing the hull and maybe a power upgrade at some point.
