Installed new 120A ESC. Where to set timing?

My stock ESC exploded a couple weeks ago and I am just wrapping up the install of a new 120A ESC. The ESC is programmed by computer so it is easy to change, but I want to make sure I get it right the first time. Where should I set the timing for the stock BJ motor? Here are the timing options available...

4-10 degrees - 12 or more pole motor and out runner motor
10-20 degrees - 6 or 8 pole motor
20-30 degrees - 2 or 4 pole motor
