    can this be done??

    i seen this in the reviews at horizon s on the bj 26.can you run this combo Quice to take it to limits and places a battery lipo of 7.4v plus one of 11.1v 25c total 18.5v and the boat floated on the water, was then when I saw the true potential of the motor without having no problem of heating in no component, i thing that the speed I get to be between 42-45 mph

    Yea he's running 5s that is perfectly fine. As long as the batteries are both the same mah & c rating it is fine. It is wired in series for the voltage is added, but the mah's stay the same. Perfectly fine and tons of people do it. The bj motor can handle 6s or 22.2v, but the esc can only handle 5s. Def a good way to get some motivation in a bj and lots of people here run 5s on bj electrics.

          Close, but don't do it. The speed increase and performence are night and day. Really a big jump.

            When running a 2s and a 3s, are you adding weight to the smaller 2s side of the boat to balance it out?

              I don't I put the bigger batt on the port side. The boat will try to twist to the right or port side up naturally due to torque roll, and it's not a huge weight difference.

                Your prop spins clock or counter clock wise? I dont know port bow stern all that crap lol what can i say. If i started talking Quads and electrical you would feel like me. All my stuff spins counterclock so i set the heavier stuff in the left side of the boat to make up for the torque roll DO NOT RUN THE LIPOS YOU HAVE! 3600mah and 3700mah might be enough difference to burn a batt or an esc. Thats a smell thats much worse then the price of electronics. Sickening to smell burnt computer chips and resistor resin. not to mention having to clean the hull if you get lucky enough to have one that still floats. that torque roll also helps with its turning ability to the right side as you ease into the throttle it picks the left side out of the water. i can take 3/4 to full throttle right turns with SS hardware. (or run a clockwise circle wide open)

                  Port=left
                  Motor spin =ccw

                  We are on the same page . I know a little eletrical, I'm and aircraft mechanic. Theirs literally MILES of wires if streched.

                  Bow=Front
                  Transom=Back
                  Port=Left
