ya I sswear I typed the word bearing in there some where. the text editor on this site seems to cut and paste words when it wants to. funny. I wanted to change the bearings a motor I acquired through a trade but I managed to get the endbell off by heating with a micro torch and tapping on the shaft tilll it broke loose. After all that the rotor was shotComment

Sorry, I couldn't chime in earlier but, the AQ 1800 front end bell is threaded on (and rear too I think?). Were there any threads on the PB endbell? That would give reason to a possible smashed rotor??
I have a used AQ rotor if you want to go Frankenmotor.
