    Questions about sv27 and issues....

Hey guys, I run my Sv27 about twice a week and i have stoped now due to lack of speed with it and it stops in the water.....

1st question-What motor can i buy that will bring me to speeds over 40MPH without replacing the stock ESC.

2nd question- I dont know why but my boat sometimes stops in the water and like has a mind of its own and starts turning on its own and sometimes flipping over... i really dont know what wrong.

Any suggestions would be great guys...Im kinda new to this whole RC boat thing.
    thanks, Mike

Good batteries and a prop, I ran the 40x52 3 blade grim racer with stock motor and esc on 2 2s lipos right around 40mph but if you go lipo you will need to add a low voltage cuttoff to protect them. As far as the boat stopping in the water mine did this , make sure your antenna wire is pulled out of the top of the tube as far as possible. This may help a bit but my stock radio system always did act up like this though. I now have the Tactic Rx and Tx and have absolutely no more glitching problems
