    sv rudder pin

found the threads stripped out on my rudder blade, tried swapping out the blade with a club members new blade(his spare), and had slop(rudder could turn 5degrees(or more). dug into the problem and found that the flats on the pin that holds the arm & blade together didn't line up with set screws. two of the flats are close to being right, the third...not close. got out the dremel and extended one flat, then shimmed the gap between the arm and blade, that pretty much eliminates the 'slop'.

I am glad Rex is focussing on his rudder:) . His SV is WAY faster than mine and now he is buying new cells. The competition in this class is going to be exciting this year.

LOL. let it be noted we are talking Stock class, rudder and water jacket issues aside, maybe 15 minutes* to 'race prep'!
*that includes getting it out of the box!

I still like the stock prop but I think there are enough Grimracer and ABC props in the club to pass around if others feel differently.
