I ordered a new couple from OSE, but there's a problem, I can't get the old one off. I took out the screw, and sprayed WD 40 into and around the coupler. Does anyone have any idea how to get it out?

I was hoping I wouldn't have to, since the coupler does not fit through the hole in the mount, and I accidentally put epoxy in one of the screws that hold the mount while reinforcing the boat. If I have to I will, but maybe there's another way.SV27 w/ Ammo 2300 / Stock ESC || Pursuit w/ Leopard 4074 2200kv / SeaKing 120a ESC || MHZ Drambuie on Ice w/ 2x Schulze 4.160wk's / 2x Neu 2215 1.5y'sComment

Might try a soldering iron to heat the coupler and then gently pry it off. Aluminum will expand more than steel, so it will loosen itself when heated.FighterCatRacing Team CHING BLING - Ching Bling. Brilliant, Advanced Sparkle for your hull.Comment

Alright, I'll try the heating idea since everyone's suggesting it. I'll give it a shot tomorrow, thanks!SV27 w/ Ammo 2300 / Stock ESC || Pursuit w/ Leopard 4074 2200kv / SeaKing 120a ESC || MHZ Drambuie on Ice w/ 2x Schulze 4.160wk's / 2x Neu 2215 1.5y'sComment
