ECS/motor combatability please advise

Morning boaters, say I have acquired a Seaking 60A ESC just wondering if it is OK to run with stock SV27 motor, the ESC output is 60A continuous 120A burst will this fry the motor. i have installed the Kintec water cooling jacket and the water cooled motor mount to help with temps.
