has anyone made a fiberglass hatch and nose cowling for the UL-1?
my nose piece cracked pretty early on when i flipped at about mid 50's. i was wondering if anyone has made a fiberglass replacement or re-enforced the abs?
my concern is the hatch cracking if flipped at speed, causing leakage and damage to the cc240 and 1515. i am willing to buy the pieces or looking for suggestions in making one. i am willing to use the stock parts as a mold and am pretty good with glass and cf. i would rather have someone else make it and am not afraid to spend a few bucks on the up-grade.... i hate non re-enforced abs parts!
