hello. does the motley crew come with the decals applied? also, does it have what looks like a tupperware cover under the hatch, like i have seen on the mystic and miss geico? no, correct? thank you.

The graphics are under clear coat, think it's actually paint not decals from my repairs. No inner hatch on the crew
