prop for impluse with 4082 2200

Putting a 4082 2200 in my 31 impluse with a 220swordfish esc for play on 4s. What prop can I use for speed and not smoke?

I had the V3 Impulse for a brief time, but mine was running on 6S on a 1750kV motor. On 4S and 2200kV, I would start with an M445
