1st boat, 1st post.
Well, the micro bullet was the first boat I bought, but I have since purchased a minicat micro hydro, ran it a couple times, and now I cant wait to get my micro bullet on the water.
I already purchased fullers hardware for it, and I can already see Im going to have to modify some stuff to make it all fit. The transom is just too small for all of that stuff (mainly the wide trim tabs). I also picked up a CC hydra 120 for it. Now the big question.... What motor should I run?
Mr Fuller told me something in the 3000kv range, but did'nt mention size. He also recomended Octura x438 prop, any opinions on this?
Why only 3000 kv? Ive had plenty of RC cars with 3 times that kv. will a prop just cavitate with that much RPM?
Sorry about all the questions in my first post, but thanks for any help -Brian
