1/10 Scale Hydro rules

Well the NAMBA 1/10 Scale Hydro rule set has passed. The vote was low but now we will have 2 Scale classes that can be raced at the club level and at NAMBA sanctioned events. I wish to thank all who worked on the rule set and those who gave feed back from throughout the nation.
