Lipo Q's for idiots ???

Despite the serious ammount of reading that I have done on lipos I still have a few questions.

Store at 50% capacity.

Say I have run the boat for 1 min or less on a fresh pack and decide that is enough for the day due to weather etc.
The pack will have way more than 50% left in it.
Do I discharge to 3.2v per cell on my discharger or just leave the pack as is.

I have run the boat to LVC, bought it in and gone home.
That pack will be at 3.2-3.5 or whatever the LVC is set at. Fine so far.
I understand that I charge it to 1/2 of its mAh. e.g 2500 for a 5000mAh pack.

If I am over analizing the issues just say so.
