Zippkit's V-box or A-box Electric Conversion.

Been planning a Zippkit's Crackerbox build this winter. Not sure if I want to do a V-Box, or A-Box. I used to fly giant scale electric planes, and I still have a lot of 5000mah+, 3,4,5,6 & 8s packs, so I am considering building it electric.
Has anyone done this conversion?
Any motor and esc recommendations.
