5 inch T Bar and Oiler Can

    Hi,
Just wondering what size hole should be in the bottom (inside the 6mm thread) of a Oiler can secured onto a 5 inch T Bar. The one i have purchased has a .5mm hole in it and has no chance of allowing oil to go through it. Also what size hole should be drilled into the 5/16th stuffing tube to allow the oil through.

    Thanks in advance
    Trevor

So with over 60 views and no replies i take it no one uses this method of oiling for there flexshafts.

The hole size depends on the oil viscosity. For example, many use a 1/16 hole and Mercury lower unit lube (90 wt gear oil).
