I recently took my carbon Fighter Cat off the shelf after a long time and installed a SpeedMaster large inline strut and rudder assembly with a 3/16? offset. As I assembled the motor mount for the electric motor, I?m wondering what about an offset to the motor mount that I had never thought much about? I read where you should keep the brass stuffing tube as straight as possible but never mention anything about the offset of the motor mount? Another thought was just add a few degrees angle to the mount. (yes I'm a 78 year old newbie) I would really welcome your help on this question.
