hi can a neu 1521 motor 1577 kv can run 6s in a rigger 38 inch on 6s.thanks

Sure it can. But it will run a small prop which might not be the best for a 38" boat. It would be fine though if your running by yourself. But as water gets choppy, the smaller prop has a harder time to push the boat because there is less blade in the water. Most would run a 1200 kv on 6s too so they can swing a bigger prop for race or rougher conditions. But if you run in smooth water it should work fine.
