Rio 51 conversion

Im doing a conversion on a rio 51. I have a tp5670 1150kv. My mgm esc evaded me again via fedex. I could only afford the 250a. I was planning on running 8s. I have 48- 52mm props to play with. Do you think ill be safe on amp draw? And should i reinforce the hull? I have cf and kevlar and epoxy just not sure if i need it. I remember reading that the zelos 48 pulled like 130-160 continuous amps but its a cat and little lower kv. Any thoughts?
