Speed Master 21 strut and rudder ???

Building my first cat either jolly or MM. Has anyone set there's up with the rudder and strut inline. I want to use speed master 21 for both with .150 drive. The cleanest install would be one bracket with both attached or the rudder bracket on top of the strut. I believe the 21 rudder is long enought to mount that way.

Any advise on this install. Thanks
