28" Rigger Build

Back at trying to build a boat again before summer ends haha..Looking for advice on a 28" Outrigger build.

Leopard 3845 3300kv motor.

3s lipo between 2200-4200MAH 30C

Seaking 120A ESC

Prop not sure what to start with.

Any help is much appreciated !
