speed master rudder

I just got in my new speed master rudder in and not sure what is the best way to mount it? Do you use any of the old stock holes and make 3 more? Just wanted to make sure it's right before I start drilling. Also the new rudder is a 5 in offset and the servo arm is short do they make a longer one?
