I want to add a few things of notable mention. First off, when I ran it the other day, we ran it for I know more than five minutes. Most of it was below full throttle because the lake was too small. Also seemed like people wanted to start fishing at the same time I put it in. Had one guy on the bank and two boats. I handed the transmitter to my son and let him tool around. Temps still stayed in check. Motor got warm but esc never does for some reason. It always stays cool. Ran the batts down to about 3.85v in that amount of time. Just my old 5000mah venom packs. So it seems like she has good run time.

Next...this is the exciting part...to me anyway. My hatch seal method works perfectly. In my flip, the boat was a ways out and took dome time to get to it. Had me nervous of course. Then I was getting in a hurry to get it back so I was going a little fast pushing it causing it to submarine a few times and go under for a little bit. It did not get one drop in it. Not a drop. Poo on tape! Lol

Travis, I will take that plate whenever ya got time, let me know how much and i will PP ya...The T180V2 in my DF Cyberstorm (SAW) is running temps around 135, need to get that down b4 I play magic smoke wizard on it...Yup hatch locked down using SS cap screws and weather stripping...I think we need to do a thread on how to do this.. I get my supplies for this from ACE hrdware for around 5$ a hull...looking forward to seeing what results you get with that ABC prop, I've never tried one. I've been rather partial to Prather SS props, but have no prob tryn one. Think I'm going to ask Chris to do one up for my next project... DJ

I'll make you one soon. For some reason the prather 230 prop was behind my m645. May need a strut adjustment. This boat is SUPER sensitive to strut height.

Make sure the Prather props are very sharp and blended at least 1/8" back. The one's I have are more rounded toward the leading edge than the Octura's and that will cause the prop walk.

Well. I just can't get it any faster. I tried a 1816 abc (I admit I think I messed it up) and a X646 that was the best casting I've seen so far. Sharp. Thin. And after I worked it, it looked really good. I'll post some pics of the props. Meanwhile I better hang that m645 on the wall! Lol. I did get a touch higher speed. 82.5mph whoohoo! .2 of a mph lol. At least the thing is consistent! Prop pics and a video later. Stay tuned

Looks good brother, he is just being a kid. Your Fantasm will be faster and there is nothing wrong with 82.5mph with this hull, it is above the goal you first set on it....DJ

Thanks. I know, it fast no doubt but I'm having no blow over so I'm figuring I have more speed available in this hull. I have another motor to try, a different esc and I'm playing with props.

Here's another good video from yesterday. It was unknowingly on 6s. I put the extra cell in and forgot to hook it up like a dummy. Lmao! That's why you hear me say it's slower. It's actually the fastest 6s pass I've made so far.

It was at 11.25 last time I did 82.3 and I moved it to 15 degrees ant it went 82.5 but the motor seems to run hotter. Esc.....Lmao. it doesn't even get warm. I'd say the motor was 120-125 degrees. I didn't bring my temp gun yesterday. I'm gonna try to make some more passes today after cutting the X646 prop. I have an x648 I'm going to cut the same if what I'm doing picks up speed. I'll post pics later.
