I just picked up an harbor freight neptune. After about 5 min. the tx became hot and smoke started coming out. Wtf. So I go to harbor freight and swap in out for another one. Put my batteries in the tx and after 5 mins the same thing. Smoke. I think It might be the fact that im mixing old and new aa batteries of different brands. I will swap it out and try it again tomorrow.
Anyways,
If the next tx almost catches on fire, Im going to go brushless LOL
This has wiredrives, no flex so I think that will be fine.
Can anybody link me some weaker cheap 380 brushless motors. (and escs to use with them)
This boat is dual motors and steers off the props so I need a rudder.
How would I wire this up?? 2 motors 2 escs 1 lipo?????
This is going to be my rescue boat which is why I wanted dual props.
