No he hasn't Paddy, I would have thought UB's statement as Gospel not a joke.

"Paddy, I thought a boat was like a new woman 'cause you just have to ride her...
    hahaha, just kidding."

Well, the stuffing tube was not the only criminal after all. There is a little less water coming in but still... LOTS of it in there. I' will have to revisit the seems and make sure they are all intact, when I tested in the tub it was a no show, BUT...
I tried the M440 prop still not preforming like I want it to, I think it's time I finish the boat before my enthusiasm goes away... time to sharpen/smoothen the sponsons, find the leak, and a good solid clear over it.

Just an idea if it's not coming in round the seams, check the cooling plates on the speed controller, i have seen two sets of them crack via overtightening in our club, it puts a hairline crack down the inside of the plates along the water tube.
it took a few water tests to find the problem in one case

          Great Looking boat
throw a X642 prop on it watch it light up

            Nice suggestion Jason!
I will def look on the water plates, I thought they were badly planned to begin with...
i will use a bigger prop once the little ones don't overheat the motor anymore...
