Need input on cat build (First timer)
Hey everyone, I just got started in the rc world this year. Started with helis, than a edf jet, now boats.
The first one is a high wind 29" plastic toy I installed a rudder, twin 550 brushed motors, esc and 2 3s lipo's I had laying around. It runs about 30 to 35mph now.
But here's the thing. Now I bought a 57" cat fiberglass used hull. It has a 21" beam and 10lbs. I have 2 4s lipo's 3900mah or 6s 5000mah 25c to 30c batteries that I thought would go good with the lehner 2250 series. Should I or can I run twins in this hull and what drive set up and prop would I need? Is there a rule to prop rpm's? Here are some pictures.
