My Proteus just arrived,got a spare Ice200 or Swordy 240. Now should I go with 600kv or 1050kv. Doesn't look like it will take too much to mount the motor bracketry. A bit O' work but not too bad.

I would run it on the 1050kv on 8s with the x460, should be a nice rooster tail.Comment

All righty then, I am still waiting on paint so now I am onto this big honker. Man it is roomy in here. Since this last post I did get to cleaning this thing up. I took out the old stuffing tube(bad angle for my liking), popped out the 'well nuts', took the Rx box out, and took the windshield off. I also got my hands on the STOCK cockpit for this thing thanks to my wonderful boat building buddy : KenNJ(I hope you have seen his build of this same hull).
So here it sits with turn fins, motor, and rudder within:
