    I used to run nitro for a long time, I have honestly never seen a nitro powered 7.5 run that fast that consistantly, ever!
    The only problem is the single 5000mah pack, with a good sized motor your runtimes are limited, I'd try to figure out a way of putting a couple 3500 mah high C packs in it. Last time out Ken was drawing about 95 amps.
    If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

      The next big evolution in Lipo Battery Technology hopefully will be run times , then F/E running will be even more alluring .....

        Greater run times would definitely be a good thing. I came from running monster trucks and my Traxxas Summit with twin 8200mah lipos will run for over an hour. I still however run my boats more.

          Would sure love the concentration required in controlling my Hotshot .45 for an hour , set up with 6S system .
