Positioning of esc's and batteries 44" mystic?

Hello guys, just wondering what's the most logical positioning of both items? Batteries up high on the center of hull, with esc's in sponcess or vis versa. My motors are 2300kv out runners scorpion. So I'll be looking to run 4s up to 6s with diffrent props according to battery size. Will this matter where battery trays are?

do not own the boat but:
if the batteries are in the sponsons then you will have the weight farther out therefore more stable.
then you can put the ESC's in the center and if you get a little bit of water in it shouldn't get to them.
