Ah ok, I thought by the way you were talking you knew more about its handling than people who actually do, as the experiences I have spoken about are those of racers with 20 years of experience and having driven almost every size and style of hull available and race at a club and national level. I respect their opinions far more than those who have never owned one and "think" it should be awesome because a completely different hull that is narrow seems to handle ok.

I'll stick to saw with mine, I have a few other mono's for handling duties.

It looks like a nice boat but in the last boat vid. that boat needed ether trim tabs or trim the prop down for more bite and redo the cg.

LOL. It's too narrow to handle well. That is that. If you want an oval boat look elsewhere. It is meant to have a cool scale look. It isn't built to turn well. It also has strakes that go all the way back. Another poor handling design characteristic. Dont believe it? Start a thread called MHZ Racemaster.. how does it handle? There are at least a few on this forum that have owned one. If you want it because it looks cool, more power to ya. I'll agree, it looks damn cool, but an oval boat it is not. And those vids are no help trying to prove it one.

Sorry, where did I mention "brushless" boating? It seems people that looooove this boat have a bee in their bonnet that someone doesn't think it handles well, perhaps you should all read a little further. I OWN an mhz racemaster, and from the comments posted I am of the impression it is made by these guys. Of the 20 or so hulls I have it would be among the top 2-3 in build quality, it is an absolutely beautifully made boat. I purchased it purely because it looks amazing, sleek and flowing, it was just pure luck that I'm more into saw than anything else so its lack of cornering ability is of no consequence to me.

Take my statements however you like, I CGAS whether you buy it, don't buy it, think its a formula one car on the water around corners of an absolute pig, I was just sharing the experiences of those smart enough to make an educated statement of its handling ability for those who may not be in such a position. Back on track with the thread now hey? I'm interested in getting a Watersnake from these guys, need some more big mono's for the collection=P

i loved the look of this boat..i could not get it to handle for the life of me though..some videos have been better than others with the handling but i might as well have had an rc bouy bobbling around ass up...the boat is built like a tank from mhz and the quality was one of the best i have had..
