I just bought my first tunnel hull 'cobra' and am looking for a picture of how to run the cooling system with the OS outboard setup? There are 3 nipples on the outboard? I just don't want to burn up anything. Thanks Jason

May I please ask what is the purpose of this blue line and how it works?

Hey Robert, the "blue" line is the oil line...the blue color is just residue from the flex grease that gets thrown in there. I pull that line off from the upper nipple and simply fill the line with 3 n 1 oil before each run to keep the flex lubed ( I also grease the flex itself ). You can also use Marvel Mystery oil and STP like Brian Buaas uses...Last edited by HOTWATER; 11-28-2011, 09:44 PM.Comment

That is a conversion made by Kris Flynn...he is on this board. Not sure if he is making any more of them, but you could ask. BTW, his O/B flex's that he also makes are second to none...very well made!Comment
