Kintec Racing

I sure hope this is the right place to ask for an opinion & info on a manufacturer not listed with the other manufacturer forum threads.
I'm a bit new here but certainly not new to the RC hobby.

I placed an order for a bunch of SV27 parts from Kintec Racing Monday night. I was just wondering if they are still operating as well as they used to. There used to be all sorts of forum threads from people saying good things about Jan and the company and such. I haven't seen any recent posts about them anywhere though, for any kind of current reference.

Does anyone have any recent opinions or experiences with them? I'm always a bit apprehensive about buying from new sources online. It also concerns me greatly that when I tried to e-mail them a question or 2 about my order I got an error e-mail message from their address stating that their e-mail inbox is full.

Thanks to anyone who might have any info for me, I really appreciate it!

Never a problem. Just recieved an order last week. Ship time was three days from order to arrival.

Wow, that's great news. How long after you placed your order did it take to get your tracking number or a shipping notification?

I bought some octua props a few months ago, turned up in about 2 weeks i think, but i live in australia, way over kill packagaging hahahaha

When I first tried to order with them, I also recieved the error message about the mail box is full. Later I decided to go ahead and placed orders and received the items with no problems. I think they should manage the email better because I want to place a big order in the beginning but never received the reply about some items, so I ordered them from somewhere else. Later I only need some parts and they shipped fast too.

I placed my first order with Kintec (prop balancer ) a couple weeks ago and received it within 3 days. Very happy with my first Kintec order experience.

He's a good vendor, my order is sorta messed up right now though and I cannot get in contact with him to let him know something is wrong. Hoping you read this Jan.

Jan @ Kintec is a great guy and vendor. I have never had one issue withorders from him. His OSE username is RiverRat

Recent order with Jan was fine as well as all past order he had some tine grub screws come in at the last moment reopened the package and
put them in before it went out and emailed me to let me know how small they were and where he put them in the package never had a
problem with Kintec.

I have placed several orders with Jan. Some were incomplete but I received the remainder in a couple of days at his cost. He is only second to OSE in my book.
