You can buy carbon fiber online. From hobbyking, from e-bay, composites suppliers. Generally comes in a 50" wide roll, and you buy it by the yard. It's not cheap, usually around $50ish for the linear yard. You can sometimes get lucky and find companies that sell decent size cutoffs for a good price. Or someone on here who may have cutoffs can help you out. Basically you cut it as required to fit nicely into the hull, lay it in, and use epoxy resin mixed with a hardener to saturate the CF. Don't over saturate as it will just pool to the lowest point and create unneccessary weight. Also, when you cut it, you will always loose a few strands of the weave, so you should tape the edges when cutting. -

These guys seem to have good prices. Others on here might be able to recommend other suppliers that they have delt with.....
5.6 Oz Carbon Fiber Fabric: 50" Wide 2x2 Twill is $29.50 per yard
And you can also get the ez-lam epoxy kit from these guys in small sizes. A 12oz kit is $18.
