Go for the mystic over geico. That stupid inline strudder is useless. Even with the offset upgrade, it's a cluster@@@@. Bracket gets in the way of any good adjustments cause the prop hits. Impulse? Not even out yet. How can anyone recommend this boat lol.Comment

wife wont let me spend anymore than $400 lol .... i love the way the geico looks but i'm thinking a deep v hull is better for me, i will be runing it in the river so i need something that can take some chop...i'm still new to all of thisComment

I just picked up a apparition, have not run it yet but its a very nice boat for under $200... I hear the genesis does better in rough water, its about 40 inches long. Genesis is also a $200 boat. Both require electronics, but with your budget you should be able to build something nice.

With your budget I would build this boat up. 200 amp esc 4074 motor or larger and run on 6s.LST XXL-4074 Taco, Slash 4x4-3660 Taco, Appparition-3674 TacoComment

I just got a pursuit from kintec racing and use it on a river. It's a 32" mono with everything except steering servo and radio but it has a great motor, esc and hardware. Runs really great on 4s and handles chop good. $395Comment
