I agree, "Shirley is da Bomb!" I ordered my Mystic 840mm and all hardware directly from Germany(per Gerwin's suggestion!). Worked exclusively with Shirley by email only. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and told me exactly what I needed to order.

The US website and contact person is about to Change for the better.

I would hope so. I called weeks ago looking to purchase a 44inch mystic with hardware (quite a chunk of change), and the guy behind the phone at the US dealer didn't sound sure of when they would get them in, or anything really. It was discouraging enough for me to look elsewhere. Ended up contacting Hanspeter with some help and going the HPR route.
