Where to get scale boat parts?

As most of you know I am building a scale version of my Scarab. I was looking at some you tube videos of rc boats and some of these scale yachts have some amazing hardware. Little radar that actually turns, antennas, satellite domes, ect.

Can't seem to find this stuff for sale anywhere.
