True rummy. Are they advertising it as a 1p pack? ( sorry I didn't check ) I was just stating the misconception of doubling c ratings.

      Hey Guys,
There some good reading about these BS packs here on the Monster

The owner of RC-Monster was given a pair of 4s 6500mah packs from MA and he tested with MambaHV-XL with Data Logging in a 1/5scale HPI Baja Conversion and the packs showed to push 75C max. Graph posted as well.
Lots to read and some humerous takes on the whole thing, enjoy.

If you pull apart one of these less expensive, big C rating packs, you'll find that is how they are doing it... they are paralleling a bunch of smaller cells together to "build up" the C-Rating....

10 cell parallel pack numeric results.

on paper, we get this result
        10x 3.7V20C2000 = 3.7V200C2000 = continuous 14.8KW for 36sec
        which also equates
        10x 3.7V20C2000 = 3.7V20C20000 = continuous 14.8KW for 36sec

Sure drives like you have higher C ratings.. all that extra power !

However, chemically this assembly has a 20C discharge rate, and the capacity of this assembly is the sum of it's components
Thus 3.7V20C20000 is the correct answer
Whichever way you shuffle the numbers, same quantitative power result.

There are 'cheap' LiPo assemblers who relabel existing cells to suit market demands.
        25C5000 now as 40C3150

Stay away from cheapies if you want quality, reliability, and security in product nomenclature.

Although Doc miss spoke and said "flux capacitor", he clearly has written "flux compressor" in his drawing. This is the reason so many people cant get their deloreans to work correctly. They have the wrong part!!! Everyone knows you cant use a flux capacitor with uranium to time travel, it has to be compressed...geez.
