        Cool thanks Darin. I bought a blue one for my 1/10th scale round nose but was curious how the new versions would stack up. I'm not a racer so I'm not worried just curious.

          not to jack this thread but, what kind of speeds can you get with that motor in that size of Hydro?

            The standard SV27 (blue) motor is a better choice for a 1/10th scale. Lots of torque and about the right KV....

                I'm running a 3s pack on the left side and a 2s pack on the right wired in series...
                And running a seperate rx pack

                            I don't know why but my blue one (brand new) ran hot from run one. I thought it was a cooling issue but it appears it wasn't.
