Ok so I had someone who wanted my 2215 2y worse then me...... I got a great deal for it so its gone....
Now I need to replace the 2215...
I just bought TWO Lehner 2280's 12 turn motors..... I have been told by some that it will push the sniper just not near as well as the 2215.... So I am looking for an alternative power source....
I am thinking I may go with a little screamers outrunner (had bad luck with the scorpion 4035/800 in a cat so thought I would try a little screamers...) as I am looking for 55-60mph out of the boat... will this motor do it.... I still have the Brand New V16 40-160 schulze 40-160 future esc so I will be running that in the boat so my esc can pretty much handle anything...:)
What do you guys recommend? I am going to upgrade my df 39" clone with one of the 2280's as I have a hi amp 2250/12t in it now.... so I will have the other 2280 sitting around..... would you put it in the sniper? all recommendations are helpful... I have too much high end equipment and not enought knowledge...LOL...
