Looking at their stuff, its not bad, if its better quality than proboat. But just some of the ways they try and market like the cooling are iffy. I wouldnt mind having one of the bud boats!

they do on their website..
the 52" is $700!
and the smaller cat is $350
they are priced without motor and esc, that is extra..
and the stage 5 reg on the 52" totals $1049.00
the stage 5 HV totals $1348.00 so $650 more for the motor and esc!.NAMBA20...Caterpillar UL-1, P-Spec OM29, P-Mono DF33, P-Spec JAE, Aussie 33" Hydro-LSH, Sprintcat CC2028 on 8s, PT SS45 Q Hydro, PS295 UL-1 power, OSE Brothers Outlaw QMono 4-sale, Rio 51z CC2028 on 8sComment

I received a message from G-freak this morning that they are going to refund my purchase in full. They are aware of this thread and had nothing but positive things to say about OSE and its forum members.
They did say that many of those videos are quite old and they will be creating more professional videos to showcase their products. In addition, they invite people to see what they have to offer.
They were very gracious in the end.

when i sent them a email i suggested they get some advice from guys that actually know what there doing, plenty of you guys near them to sort there boats out properly but i dont think thats there main concern more like $$$$.
i posted a comment on there you tube video about there hydro, they said i was childish and there video was a old one, but they were the ones saying they could smoke a ul-1 with there hydro, a hydro that does about 20 mph although thats a bit hard to tell speed as once again they cant run it in a straight line for more than 20 feet.
if they are reading this thread why dont they come on hear and tell us there side of the story, yes i have bagged the sh*t out of them but would be happy to help them if i could.
its not so much there product they sell its the bull sh*t they sprout.Comment

Im glad to hear they were professional about Simonens boat. Seems they have a lot to learn and I agree 100% w/ Oz. They need to find someone who is knowlegeable in FE to work with them on this. This could be a fantastic boat. But with the way Gfreak is doing it, its going to shun a lot of people away.
R&D translates to shipping time from China... thats funny.
And now that we know they are informed on this post (which I think is great) I have this to say....
G_FREAK Cmon guys, you have what could be a killer boat. Take the time and effort to learn what it is your doing before you do it. And learn how to drive a boat properly for a vid before you post one up. We like to see long straight "un-twitchy" runs. Your not selling touring car suspension upgrades, your selling boats!Comment

Well as I stated in post #137. They should send out a few boats to dealers or reputable publications for evaluation. If they get approval or constructive critique; I think they would be in a much better position in their offerings.Government Moto:

I can single handly find all their resources. Makes me sick when I add up all the cost and just to think a few month ago I was interested in these boats. Thank goodness for OSE.... Check it out:

it would probably be cheaper with out the 30 feet of cooling line.
there 32" cat with a motor similiar to a 9xl and a single rudder could make a decent rtr.
they impression i get from there comments is they dont see there boats as rtr but try and pass them of as custoum builtComment

that was my thinking as well dom, why not give one of there boats to someone who knows what there doing get them to evaluate it and see what needs to change. i dont think it would cost G freak any extra $$$ to make it a decent boat

Im thinking more and more I should pay them a visit and bring my hull. Show them what it really can do and push them in the right direction. If they were willing to listen and stop BS-ing people, Id be more than happy to help.Comment

If anyone, Dom knows my experience with the 32" hull.. Heck with all the brainstorming we did on this, He may know as much on it as I do.Comment
