I check in about 7 to 20 times a day. I have not seen anything drastic enough to take any action. We should be looking after our selves. Im on and off from 0200 am to about 2100 pst.

Steven is correct to say that the forum is slow enough to continualy police the board.

The group here at this forum seems to be pretty decent. And I think Steven does a wonderful job at moderating it. We don't need any more moderators.
If someone wants to talk serious trash, well go find another site to do it!

If I may add somthing here. Steven is 100% correct when it comes to a forum. I am more of a chatroom host. The Mrs and I where hosts in a room for quite some time. It is how we met. The object of a host it to insure that everyone is cival and polite. It is a diffrent animal all together. If Steven was ever to start an active room we would be willing to help out if needed.:)

I believe that moderators are not required on a forum of this size. We can send PM's or posts if we do not agree with a persons viewpoint that may be to the detriment of other users with false knowledge or suggestions, stating why they object in a technical sense. If it gets nasty in the public forum, the people concerned can be disciplined by their peers with their knowledge and if it they still do not listen....ban them!!!

I agree, not that accept bullying and such, however I'll say this, at places like RCU, you cant say anything to evoke emotion. Like let's say I had a bad day. I'd have to say, man I had a bad day gosh darn it, heck with my boss, I told him to go play with himself. That really does not convey what I meant to say. Not that I'm saying I like to curse a lot but come on. That site bleeps out "hell" for gods sake. Not to mention all the times a post would get moved deleted or what not without even giving it a second. I concur no mods, but lets chill out.

This seriously reminds me of work, it looks like tomorrow I might be promoted big time, since my coworkers cant work without a boss. I dont even want to be promoted, I dont want to be the bad guy, but I guess at times it's not an option. Sorry I've got a lot on my mind tonight..

and I do agree on banning people who really deserve it, just like the guy I've already got on my list to fire :)
