Which one of these listed sites sell a 30"(ish) rigger ARTR with all hardware installed without electronics that can do 60mph+?

I think there are several that may fit your bill and 60mph is easily attainable with a rigger of larger size. Some of the models are tuned for specific setups or parameters. That being said, it may be advantageous for you to share your electronics package and props available so that others can point you in a good direction.

The last question is, do you want straight line speed or do you also want to turn?

                            John, welcome to the forum.
I started this thread to show FE guys all the hulls available out there... some of the gas/nitro hulls are better suited to be outfitted with FE then the FE Rigger hulls advertised as "FE Hulls"... Any of the hulls can be converted to Electric,
hope it explains of why I am not discriminating any Outriggers...
                            Enjoy it
