Does anyone know if Orange receivers with telemetry capability can accept Spektrum current module and/or GPS module inputs through the S-Bus port. The Orange current sensor has 60 amp maximum which won't work with my 100+ amp draw. I am interested in the OrangeRx R1220XLR 12Ch 2.4GHz DSM2/DSMX Compatible Long Range Rx w/Sat, Div Ant, F/Safe & S.Bus
I am fully aware that EagleTree temperature, and RPM sensors are compatable with Spectrum telemetry by using a (JST Adapter Ultra Lightweight SPMAJST1UL) with the correct plug pin-out. I'm also aware that neither Spectrum or EagleTree sanction this, but the proof is that EagleTree has their label on Spectrum sensors. It's unfortunate that ET telemetry can't interface with Spectrum telemetry ready radios (because of business ethics). ET E-loggers and Spectrum current modules (with correct size connectors) have the amperage ratings to match typical FE ESC's, but Orange current sensors are limited to 60 amps
