The motor specs already tell you the cell count, 4S to 8S. Running 10S would overspeed the motor, even 8S is pretty fast for a poorly cooled outrunner. Note that the maximum of 2200 watts on 8S means a maximum draw of just 75 amps. This is probably best as a 6S sport motor.

Its a bit smaler then the scorpion 4035/1260 kv. So a 55 mm prop on 6s would be around max load i guess, and on 8s probably around a 45 mm.
Tried the same size motors, (hobbyking Helidrive SK3 T600 1350 kv) in a twin 45 mono some time ago...It got hotter then I like to on 6s/ 55/1,4 props. But yes outrunners are great if you want a light motor that can turn a "big" prop...I have another 45 single mono running a T700 /480 kv/12s (around 450 G of motor). It could probably "run for hours" with a 58mm-3-blade without getting real hot. But with a 62-3 it gets to hot to fast.
