Have you guys checked the internal resistance of these cells yet? I've been eye balling them but wanted to see what kind of input you guys have.

Shipping cost increase from the factory. 2014 regulations are what they are claiming.

Bob, about how much more is the shipping on those Giant Power packs?

Well I've finally taken delivery of couple of Dr Wayne's Entropy 6S 5800mAH beauties after like - forever..
No crappy JST -> Thunder Power balancer converters required. Industry standard.
I couldn't solder 8mm gold plated bullets to them quickly enough!

Running them in at the moment in 3 minute bursts down to 35%, but by all accounts they actually behave reliably :)
Unfortunately they didn't fit in my waterproof 12S box because they're about 15mm longer than the TP product.
Tight for space in an F1 and all that.
So I've sealed the DOUBLE WRAPPED outer Entropy heat shrink with wet-area silicon sealant at either end and so far so good.
            I'm running a baby X440 balanced/sharpened Octura prop during the run-in process.
No sign of puff or leakage and they run cool @ 100 Amps.
I plan to pull 200 Amps+ as I load up with more aggressive props.
I've also reverted to and modified my old .67 K&B leg with a needle roller lower drive shaft and 3/16th flex drive from Hyperformance products - it's working well so far.
No sign of wear or damage.
The TFL leg I was using was a complete waste of money for my application - copper lower bush!... Pffft!
How to make a small fortune.... Start with a large one and get into FE boats!

I do keep things in check with that...
I think I ran this in my PSpec OPC or my PMono on 4s2p that go around... came back with just a slight puff then after a couple months storage if buffed real nice and tight.. I did make it into a 3s pack though
either way it was not ran below 35 or 40% left in the pack.. and I think that was on its second run and the first go around it was only ran to 50% as I was trying props on my PMono..
motor and esc came back at 90-95* on both that day so things ran real nice with those packs

I did get a replacement but still kinda not sure what to think of them... they look and perform every bit as my Turnigy 40C packs
I think they are the same

I am giving some Gens 25C packs a try cuz I keep hearing nothing but good on the 25C packs

              we shall see...

but still looking to try what ever will give me the most power for my money
I run the gen ace 5000mah 50c hard case packs , an really like them, I think its all in the way a person takes care of the charging an storing them.

The Gens are nice lipos... my 25C are possibly the most under rated packs I own today

After reading thru this thread I ordered some Magnum 5S from motion last night. Buzz called me today to say he didn't have the ones I ordered in stock and offered a alternative for just a few extra dollars. Seems like a great guy and can not beat that type of customer service. Hope the lipos are as good as the service. Jeff

Can you ask and confirm if these cells (4200XP60-6S) are actually 22.5mm T x 49mm W x 154mm L, approx 355g and does he ship to Canada? Just been reading and seems like they are interesting. The weight and dimensions seem small for 4200Mah 6S packs but, I like...

So far I have two of the 6s 5100 packs and two of the 4s 5100 packs. I haven't done any serious testing but the run times are noticably better and they seem to get better everytime I cycle them. The 6s packs are deffinetly smaller than my Hyperion 5000 packs. I'll get you exact measurements this evening.

                              same here about sizes ..
my 5100mah 4s packs are smaller than any of my other 5000s
                              but with bigger performance
