Josh this is for you. i can only find these pics right now. i will look for the others later. i cut out the stock compartment with a dremel tool about 1/4" below the decklid, layed down some fiberglass cloth with epoxy, and added some 1/8th" thick wood on both sides of the transom. i had to build up the outside where the strut goes because the transom is angled toward the bow, and i couldnt get the strut to be parallel with the bottom. i used hardware from an Aquacraft SV27 (strut and rudder), homemade turn fins and Kyosho trim tabs.
