    MHZ Mystic 1850

    Dear forum mates.
Starting a new project with this big cat. Bought the boundle box that cointains almost everything.
My goal is a moderate speed (c.a. 140kmh) with a stabile setup.
    What I have:
Mystic 1850 hull with the equipments from MHZ
    2X MGM 40063 ESC
    2X Lehner 3060/10 motor
    2x12s Lipo
Which makes it interesting that is my first Zero to End built. I have Another cat and mono boats but those are not my build totally.
I have a plan how to start the build but any input and advance I appreciate.

    Peter

Hi, I have a similar sized hull - little narrower but still 1.85m long, maybe also a little lighter

I have 3060/6 in star so 25rpm less / volt than you so somewhat similar

It runs very stable X465 cut to 62mm at 158km/h I borrowed friends bigger Octura and seemed to run faster but GPS came back with a 0 unfortunately…

Have experimented with ABC 2515 but not had the proper weather yet. Boat will go for paint over next week or 2 and then back to testing.

        I run 14S 5000mah packs :)

Hi, using 2x 7S 5000mah SLS quantum 65c packs. Edit - 2 per side so 4 7s packs in total.

              https://www.stefansliposhop.de/en/ba...30c::1632.html

I have no experience with CNHL but know SLS are very good cells.

Originally they were 14s stick packs but changed to butterfly to reduce cable length.

I am running this, on Lehner 3040, 700kv 12 Lipo - and it's heavy. haven't GPS'd but I would say 70-80mph without going silly on the propellors.

                Length is approx 1.7m

Thank you the quick response vvviivvv.
Really like this skater. As I see you need too a Big car for equipments. What is the weight?
I will check the link. I know SLS but dont have experience with it. I use cnhl 120c 2x10s in my H&M agitator xl without problems.
I will try this type with Mystic 185

CNHL packs are not bad (i start using them now did use them twice but looks good)but if you use the 120c packs go for the 8mm connectors then you have a 8awg cable ,you need them with this big hull and motors and for the best connectors LHM 6mm are the very best in the business

                      Hi Triton,

I will try and get a weight for the skater today, my 5008 is at the body shop so will be a week or two until I get it back.
